Shipping Information

Free standard shipping on all orders when you spend £65 or more and a £4.50 flat rate shipping fee on orders less than £65. Offer valid for a limited time only.

We currently ship with Royal Mail within the United Kingdom.

 

Shipping outside of the United Kingdom

We currently provide international shipping to selected regions. If your country is not listed for international shipping, please contact us Via email for details on shipping rates.

 

Processing times

Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.

During high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 4 days for your order to be processed.

Please note that we do not process orders on the weekend. Business days Mon-Fri only.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our website is designed to fulfil orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.

 

What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us via email at Earths.coven@outlook.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.

 

Earths Coven Return Policy

We hope you enjoy shopping at Earths Coven. If you are unsatisfied with your order We will gladly return or exchange unused items within 14 days with the original receipt. We offer full refunds and exchanges on unused tea accessories and divination tools. However, we are unable to exchange/refund herbal teas or beauty products, due to the nature of these products. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. All items on sale are final sale.

Furthermore, please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow at least two weeks for your return to be processed; you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
